RECEIVING

You work hard to hand pick the items that will make the room your masterpiece!
We know each individual piece is a big part of the overall puzzle, so we handle it carefully. Our team will receive the product you ordered, inspect it, and store it in our warehouse until you're ready for it to be professionally delivered, assembled, and installed.

SHORT AND LONG TERM STORAGE
​
We can store your items for 3 hours, 3 days, 3 months, or 3 years - the duration is up to you. Regardless, your items are stored in our safe and secure warehouse. We are fully insured.

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY SERVICE
​
It's the day you've been waiting for! The final install! Whenever you're ready, we'll bring all of the products to your client's home with our professionally trained and well mannered team that loves what they do!
We pre-assemble all products prior to install with the exception of beds, and offer installation for other elements in the home that you're installing. While the install is happening, our team will be there to move heavy items where you need them to ensure the install is seamless and you get fantastic customer service for your client.
PICKUP SERVICES

We provide pickup and delivery services from High Point, Hickory, The Triangle region, and South Carolina. If your items are ready but you can't quite get to them, we can pick them up for you!
